Thank you for this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for the manner in which I was treated by the staff at Cherry Hill Triplex, specifically Brian Bell and Neil Dickson. I came to your facility after an extremely negative experience with another dealership four months prior. I was very fearful and apprehensive about going through the process of buying a car, considering the way that I was treated at the first dealership. However, I am pleased to say that the whole experience was handled with extreme professionalism, respect, and courtesy. I brought my Mom with me, because she knows how to handle salesmen and I thought that she would be able to deal with them better than I did four months ago. However, I was fearful that they would react negatively to her and in turn me. To my surprise, these two gentlemen handled her beautifully and actually praised her for her sales knowledge and they way she handled the situation!!! I got the car that I wanted with payments that I can afford AND I was treated with respect and genuine care!! I can't believe that I am saying that about a car dealership but I am truly impressed!

I truly need to commend Brian Bell, Sales Manager, for his honesty and general manner in which he deals with people. He is very kind and sincere. He explained that he trains many of the salesmen and I am EXTREMELY grateful to hear that... I think he should train ALL salespeople! It's not just about buying/selling a car, it's about relating with people and Brian does that very well! He truly understands the importance of building a relationship with his customers and I was honored to meet him. He told us that he has a young daughter. Since I work with children, this is something that is important to me....He is going to raise a wonderful, honest, thoughful and considerate daughter. Basically, I am grateful to have met such an amazing man, had such a pleasurable car-buying experience, and be driving the car that I've wanted.

I can not thank you all enough for getting me the financing necessary to purchase the 2005 Dodge Dakota I bought from your dealership last weekend. It didn't seem possible at all for me to obtain financing to buy out the lease on the Jeep Liberty I had at the time, nevermind a new truck. Even Chrysler Financial did not work to work with me, and most major lenders would not help either.

The team at Cherry Hill Triplex assured me that it could be done, and lived up to their word, and did everything they could to make it happen. It was the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a vechicle!

I am writing to leave my comments about my experience at the Cherry Hill Triplex. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the store's manager Kenny and he walked me over to an associate who immediately told me that he was ready to put me into a brand new car; that's just what he did!

I would like to thank everyone at the Cherry Hill Triplex for their recent help in getting us the car we wanted. Marco, Jordan and everyone there were so great. They took their time with us and got us financed. They went to all ends to make it happen for us.

I am tremendously impressed with the service I received at Cherry Hill Mitsubishi.

I drove a car to the dealership, and two of your employees followed me back to Philly so that I would not have to make two trips there. They were very friendly, and Mike V. called me a couple times just to make sure everything was okay with the car. I have also received a couple letters and e-mails making sure things were still fine.

When we first arrived we were greeted by a pleasant person and from there on everyone was very helpful and pleasant. We made arrangements over the Internet and was to arrive at 11am and our van was to be available to test drive and make our decision. There was a problem they could not find the van but let me say everyone involved was very helpful and made sure they explained everything to us, after searching for the van and it was found everything from there was smooth sailing.

Your facility was very bright and friendly and we believe when there is a friendly and caring staff it makes your visit much more relaxed. So we would definitely recommend your facility and use you in the future for any van or car that we need to purchase.

The salespeople were courteous, the wait for your new vehicle was short and to the point. My credit was not very great, however Cherry Hill Triplex made it possible for me to leave with a vehicle that was in my price range.
